Our Story

We’re a family-owned boutique real estate agency created organically from the love of architecture and design. Founders, husband and wife team, Chris Fischer and Laurie Moulton blended their families and vast knowledge of real estate, finance, business, architecture and design to advocate for you throughout your real estate journey and beyond.

Over the past decade, we’ve created a growing collection of businesses built on the foundation of our perpetual love for real estate, architecture, design and each element of the creative process.

Impassioned in our pursuit to bring innovation and creativity to buying, selling, managing and designing of beautiful spaces – we’ve been able to create incredible experiences and cultivate ever-lasting relationships with good humans that we meet along the way.

Lux Box Agency is the underpinning of our collection of businesses that celebrate a curated and wholesome lifestyle. The collective consists of Lux Box Agency, Lux Box Vacation Rentals, Lux Box Collection, House of Lolo and Lolo Interiors.
